STUDIO COORDINATORWe’re looking for a Studio Coordinator to support across projects at the intersection of creativity, content, and brand partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, communication, and systems — making sure ideas move smoothly from concept to delivery.


ABOUT THE ROLE
  • Support with day-to-day client and project management across multiple creative businesses (301 Studio, Café Nice, content/brand partnerships).
  • Manage timelines, scheduling, and deliverables — ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Coordinate with clients and collaborators, keeping communication clear and professional.
  • Handle logistics: contracts, invoices, bookings (shoots, travel, events).
  • Keep project management tools (Monday.com, GDrive, etc.) up-to-date and efficient.
  • Help refine workflows and systems to support long-term growth.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • Organised, detail-driven, and proactive — you enjoy bringing structure to creative chaos.
  • Confident communicator who’s comfortable managing clients and collaborators.
  • Experience in project coordination, account management, or production (agency/brand/creative environment a plus).
  • Understanding of social-first content and how brands operate in this space.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

CONTRACT
  • Fixed term: 3 months (potential to extend)
  • Part-time (2 days per week with potential to extend)
  • Based in the UK (remote with occasional in-person)

SOCIAL CONTENT EDITORWe’re looking for a Social Content Editor who can take raw footage and shape it into standout edits across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. This role is perfect for someone who understands the rhythm of social-first content and can cut with a commercial eye.


ABOUT THE ROLE
  • Edit long-form YouTube content into polished weekly uploads.
  • Create short-form cutdowns (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) designed to engage quickly.
  • Support on branded campaigns, ensuring content is delivered client-ready.
  • Keep pace with editing trends and social formats to bring fresh ideas.
  • Organise project files and maintain an efficient editing workflow.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
  • Experience editing social-first content (ideally for creators or brands).
  • Strong sense of pacing, hooks and storytelling for digital audiences.
  • Ability to adapt edits for different platforms and formats.
  • Commercial awareness and high attention to detail.

CONTRACT
  • Fixed term: 3 months (potential to extend)
  • Part-time: (1 day per week with potential to extend)
  • Based in the UK (remote)
